It’s Been a While!

Sorry again for the long break! Like always… Life got busy! Anyway, just wanted to post a quick update 🙂 It’s been just about 10 weeks since little Evey made her appearance in this world! She is such a wonderful baby and we are so blessed to have her as a part of our family :). For right now I will just give an update on my weight loss progress but, I am hoping to post some informational posts very soon!
I have been pretty consistent in eating well and working out at least 3 times a week. I have been getting clogged milk ducts quite a bit this time around (I haven’t really ever experienced them before)… It’s not fun! I start feeling achy, and get flu like symptoms all of a sudden! If you are experiencing this just rest as much as possible, drink lots of fluids, feed or pump as often as you can, and for the discomfort to the breast use warm compresses and massage it out! So anytime that happens my work out schedule gets thrown off. Even with those I’d still say I get at the very least 2 hard core workouts and maybe 1 or 2 light workouts (like a 20 min family walk). I am currently down to 127 lbs! Yay! Only 4 more pounds to go to be at my pre-pregnancy weight! And since I am doing Pop Pilates I am noticing more definition showing through! So refreshing to see such great results for my efforts 🙂

Eating right and exercising (and breast feeding helps too!) is the way to go! Hope you are all doing well! Have a great weekend 🙂
