Great Treadmill Workout!

This week, Cassey from Pop Pilates posted this great treadmill workout, click here to check it out! I tried it (but modified to fit my personal fitness levels) and it kicked my booty! I loved it too since I am an avid treadmill user, it was nice to change it up a bit from the same old, same old! So, check it out and do it!

If you are preggo and aren’t sure how to modify it, this is what I did:

First and second set stayed the same.

Third set, I did:
-16-20 min; incline at 8; 3.7 MPH
-20-21 min; incline at 10; 4 MPH
-21-23 min; incline at 6; 3 MPH

Fourth set:
-23-25 min; incline at 2; 6 MPH
-25-29 min; incline at 6 increasing 1 every min up to 9; 3.7 MPH
-29-30 min; incline at 10; 3.7 MPH
-30-32 min; incline at 6; 3 MPH

Fifth set:
-32-35 min; incline at 2; 5.5 MPH
-35-37 min; incline at 1; 6 MPH
-37-40 min; incline at 6; 3.5 MPH
-40-41 min; incline at 8; 3.7 MPH
-41-42 min; incline at 9; 4 MPH
-42-43 min; incline at 10; 3.5 MPH

Cool down:
43-45 min; incline at 2; 3.5 MPH

I think for the cool down after the 45 mins were up, I continued to finish out the lap I was on at an incline of 1 and 3 mph. Hope that helps! And always make sure to drink LOTS of water!
